Tasting notes: Visual: This is a rosé wine with a bright red partridge colour with orange iridescence. Nose: It shows high intensity, with aromas of fresh forest fruits, such as currant or blackberry, the result of fermentation at very low temperatures. Floral touches of lavender and subtle aniseed also emerge, combined with a fine minerality resulting from the complex blend of the different origins of the Tempranillo grape. Palate: Excellent balance between the fresh sensations of acidity and the aromatic phase that give complexity to the wine, with elegant tones of fine strawberry, blackberry, and also tones of stone fruit, with a lively and elegant finish that invites another sip.

Valdelosfrailes is a winery that has managed to incorporate modernity, technology and avant-garde to the classicism of a land with great potential, favouring the revolution of red wine in Cigales.
Its rosé is excellent but its project is based on producing great red wines aged in barrels with grapes from carefully tended vineyards of the different varieties of the area. This winery, which currently has 422 American and French oak barrels, has a production capacity of 525,000 litres, but its annual production does not usually exceed 250,000. The winery is oriented towards the highest quality with careful production and a reduced quantity of product.
The excellent facilities of Valdelosfrailes, which have photovoltaic solar panels under the maxim of environmental respect and energy and sustainable use, are surrounded by beautiful and well-kept vineyards.

The Cigales region protected by the Designation of Origin extends across the northern sector of the Duero Depression, over an area of ??574 km2, on both banks of the Pisuerga River.
The vineyards are located at an average altitude of 750 metres. The Cigales Designation of Origin began to function as such in 1991
