The Valparaíso winery

Bodegas Valparaíso was founded with the idea of ??creating modern, quality wines. Therefore, we produce very small volumes, seeking to produce authentic Ribera del Duero wines. The winery has the capacity to produce 300,000 bottles annually.
All of the winery's wines are made with the Tempranillo variety. This grape variety allows us to make complex wines that combine the aromas of the variety with the tones provided by the oak during barrel aging.
Regarding the harvest, we try to intervene as little as possible in the vineyards, and in those close to the winery, the harvest is done manually. Each vineyard is harvested separately and on different dates, depending on the state of ripeness of the grapes.

Ribera del Duero is a designation located in Castilla y León, along the Duero River. It occupies the provinces of Valladolid, Burgos, Segovia, and Soria.
