Bodega Classica is designed strategically, from its location on top of a hill, allowing natural air conditioning to meet most of the underground cellar, until the election of deposits, with big mouths to mimic the traditional production in lakes open and varied for separate vinification of different sizes payments. It has a park of 5,000 barrels, mostly French oak.
