MUSHROOM RICE
Ingredients for Mushroom Rice (serves 4):
300 grams of rice.
1 organic fried onion from Pedro Luis preserves
2 garlic cloves
200 grams of shiitake mushrooms from Pedro Luis preserves
1 red pepper from Pedro Luis preserves
Olive oil and salt
Preparation of Mushroom Rice:
To prepare it, first heat the onion. Next, add the chopped garlic cloves, the red pepper cut into strips, and the chopped shiitake mushrooms. Sauté everything and add the rice.
Stir the entire mixture for one minute to evenly distribute the sauce. Slowly add the hot water, stirring occasionally to ensure the rice doesn't run out of broth, until the rice has a creamy texture, for about 15-20 minutes.
