Made from night-harvested grapes, this alcohol-free wine "preserves the freshness and characteristic aromas of the grape, maintaining its varietal identity with fruity notes and a perfect balance on the palate."

The production process begins with a mechanical night-time harvest of the Verdejo grapes, ensuring the preservation of their organoleptic characteristics, exactly like the cooperative's most recognized wine on the market. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, guaranteeing the maximum aromatic expression of the variety. For dealcoholization, a continuous vacuum distillation process is used, a short-duration technique that does not require exposure to high temperatures.
