Vegetable Stew Recipe

Ingredients for Vegetable Stew:

2 canned artichoke hearts (Pedro Luis brand)

300g canned cardoons (Pedro Luis brand)

300g canned green beans (Pedro Luis brand)

4 cooked carrots

300g canned peas (Pedro Luis brand)

Extra virgin olive oil

Garlic

Serrano ham

Vegetable broth from the canned vegetables

Preparation of Vegetable Stew:

Place the vegetables in separate saucepans and keep warm.

Next, in a sufficiently large pot, heat olive oil and sauté chopped garlic until golden. Add chopped Serrano ham and a little flour. Then add the vegetables and a little of their broth, mixing gently so as not to break them. Let everything simmer together for a few minutes. The dish is garnished with some breaded vegetables, an asparagus spear, half a hard-boiled egg, and a slice of Serrano ham. It is served hot.
