Ingredients for Asparagus with Cheese:
12 Navarre Asparagus from Pedro Luis Canned Food
250g Cheese
Béchamel Sauce
A Little Broth
Preparation of Asparagus with Cheese:
Place the cheese in a small saucepan with a little broth or stock. Blend slowly until melted. If lumps remain, it's best to strain it. Make a béchamel sauce and add the cheese. Blend well for five minutes. Place the asparagus in a baking dish, cover with the sauce, and grill in the oven for five minutes.
