Artichoke Recipe

Ingredients:

16 Pedro Luis canned artichokes,

potato cream,

French foie gras,

Iberian ham shavings,

olive oil,

garlic,

salt

Preparation:

Cut the artichokes in half, grill them, and arrange them on a plate. Top with potato cream (a light purée made with milk instead of water) and sprinkle with French foie gras shavings. Sauté finely chopped ham and garlic in olive oil and pour it over the artichokes.
