Ingredients for Piquillo Pepper Lasagna (for 1 serving):
1 1/2 Piquillo Peppers
40g of Pedro Luis canned oak mushrooms
70g of Emmental and mozzarella cheese
Preparation of Piquillo Pepper Lasagna:
Fry the peppers. Separately, sauté the mushrooms with garlic and melt the cheese over low heat.
Assembly: Place a layer of peppers on a plate, then a layer of mushrooms, another layer of peppers, and cover with melted cheese. Once the "lasagna" is assembled, broil until golden brown.
