The history of its wines began in 1881 in Gordojos.

Years later, Tomás Cubero, son of the founder, embraced this passion, continuing it through the years.

Later came Agustín, the grandson, who, starting in 1953, gave national recognition to these high-quality family wines, and María Isabel and Javier, his children, who modernized the processes in 1980.

In 1997, they moved to Calatayud and created a new winery, respecting the traditions established by their ancestors.
