Preparation of Care Roble

The different varieties were vinified separately given their different maturity cycle. These grapes, once destemmed and not squeezed, were taken to the stainless steel frustoconical fermenting tanks. After a cold maceration (9ºC) for 8 days, the alcoholic fermentation was carried out with selected yeast, allowing the temperature to reach 24ºC. After the discovery, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation.

Cariñena is located in the Ebro Valley, with an extension of 14,388 hectares of vineyards. The Cariñena field is an area especially suited for the production of red and rosé wines, as well as natural sweet wines.
