Blancs de Noirs are famous for their power and generous fruity flavor. True to Henri Grandin's vision and respecting tradition, these wines are made using the traditional method with a minimum aging of 9 months. After the first fermentation, the base wines are blended in the unique Grandin style of fine bubbles from the Loire: fresh, gently fruity, with fine and delicate bubbles. After riddling and pouring, the dosage liqueur is added. This is the final touch of the vintage, contributing smoothness and balance.

The Grandin Winery
Grandin is the successful brand of a noble family, wealthy landowners since 1585. Alfred Grandin left his notary position to dedicate himself to viticulture, and in 1886 he founded the winery in Ingrandes-sur-Loire that still bears his son's name today: Henri Grandin. Father and son worked together, developing the family legacy.
Forty years after the winery's founding, Henri Grandin managed the most remarkable vineyard in the Loire Valley. He quickly popularized the wines from his lands and developed a Traditional Method that bears his name.
