Mileto Crianza Winemaking

After passing through a destemmer-crusher, the grapes arrive at the truncated conical stainless steel tanks.
A controlled fermentation takes place at 27°C. Pressing is done with a pneumatic press. Stabilization occurs in stainless steel tanks.

What type of wine is Mileto Crianza 

Aged for a minimum of 12 months in American and French oak barrels. Contains sulfites.

Mileto Crianza Wine Designation of Origin

It belongs to the Rioja DO, a designation that dates back to the late 19th century, but was not officially established until 1925. The area covered by this designation of origin encompasses the autonomous communities of La Rioja and the Basque Country.
The grapes produced in this designation are: Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta, Mazuelo, Graciano, and Maturana Tinta.
The wines of this designation are characterized by being fresh, aromatic, with an excellent bouquet, and above all, they are very well-balanced. Rioja wines are easy to drink.

Varieties: 85% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha and Mazuelo, hand-harvested.
