Elaboration of Terrai OVT 

The grapes were harvested by hand at the optimum moment of their maturation during the first half of September. The grapes are destemmed and hidden in stainless steel tanks to carry out alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (about 26ºC) for 10 days to achieve the expression of the varietal character. At the end of the fermentation and after a maceration of about 7 days, it is uncovered. We only use the wine from the bleeding and once the malolactic fermentation is finished, the wine is clarified, filtered and bottled under the strictest hygienic conditions.

The Cariñena denomination of origin wine has an exceptional geographical location of its vineyards, since the part of the Ebro Valley connection with Levante is located, as well as in the north-south route that structures the Aragonese territory. We located Cariñena in the Ebro Valley, with an area of ??14,388 hectares of vineyards. The Cariñena field is an area specially equipped for the production of red and rosé wines, as well as natural sweet wines.
