Vinos del Viento gets its name from the strong winds that blow in Aragon, such as the Cierzo. The wines are like the wind: clean, pure, and energetic. They come from the four DOs of Aragon, and each one transmits the terroir, landscape, and viticultural heritage of its location to the glass, with all its sensations. The philosophy and authenticity of Vinos del Viento can be summed up as: high-altitude vineyards, old vines, and manual harvests.

Designation of Origin for Vinos del Viento Aventura 

Campo de Borja is located in the northwest of the province of Zaragoza, 60 km from the capital.
It is a transition zone between the mountains of the Iberian System and the Ebro Valley.
It includes the Somontano del Moncayo and extends along the Huecha River Valley and the so-called Llanos de Plasencia.
The D.O. Campo de Borja treasures among its wines authentic gems in which the "Garnacha" variety reaches its full splendor.

Made with: Garnacha, Syrah, and Graciano
Grapes from a selection of vineyards at 600-700 meters above sea level, with clayey soils that retain water well and allow the vineyards to be cared for without irrigation and help enhance the sensation of red and black fruit on the nose. The vines are old, over 35 years old, bush-trained, and carefully hand-picked.
