Gravity takes center stage in our cellar,
allowing the grapes reach the fermentation whole entire process developing vertically, with every movement of grapes or wine by gravity, avoiding any kind of mechanical lift.

There is no reception hopper and no pumps for the transfer of grapes or for the traced deposits that could damage, from as sorting tables to bottling along different underground floors of the winery are used, optimizing and all process steps.

The new French oak barrels are responsible for performing parenting and give our wines that balanced point wood and fruit.
