Dominio de Pingus is a very small winery located 30 kilometers from Roa in Burgos province. There's most wanted Spain and possibly the entire world wines. His small production make it one of the rarest and exclusive wines from Spain.
Peter Sisseck Pingus is an agronomist and enologist engineer born in 1962 in Copenhagen, who has lived in Spain since 1990, since making wines that are top rated in the world.
Dominio de Pingus The winery was founded in 1995 and was a project that Sisseck had in his mind for some time already. Previously he worked with his uncle Peter Vinding Diers, one of the creators of the "new wave" of white wines of Bordeaux in the Graves. Sisseck previously worked in California, next to the prestigious winemaker Zelma Zong, which was an enriching experience for both.
