In the Golden Mile of Ribera del Duero, Villa Villacreces hidden for centuries, in a unique natural environment, among vineyards, the Dueo river and a forest of ancient pines.

The first bibliographic data about the existence of this farm along the Douro belong to its first settler, the Franciscan friar Pedro de Villacreces, from whom it takes its name. Next to him, a group of clerics, among whom was San Pedro Regalado, patron of Valladolid, was established in that privileged wasteland to devote to prayer and the cultivation of the land, which was counted, and with a small vineyard for their own consumption and the nearby monasteries.
