In Tosos in the province of Zaragoza (northeastern Spain), 750 meters above sea level and at the top of a hill surrounded by a sea of vineyards, we find the cellar of the family Meléndez-Molleda. The highest winery of the PDO Carignan.

The winery Hacienda Molleda is situated in the center of the estate, surrounded by vineyards and with beautiful views of the Sierra de Algairén. A nice Moorish style building with exposed brick walls, arched windows semicircular, in accordance with the Mudejar tradition of the area.
