Mustiguillo is a family winery, founded in 1999, which practices natural viticulture while respecting the characteristics of its soils as much as possible. Likewise, they work in a pioneering way to lead the rebirth of the native varieties Bobal and Merseguera.
The terrain is sandy-loam on a calcareous crust. In their commitment to the rebirth of the native Bobal grape, they combine traditional glass and rainfed viticulture with the most modern vineyard management practices. An integrated agriculture, the wines being made only with their own grapes.
