Ondarre winery was born with the aim of making wines with a marked typicity from the municipality of Viana. A typicity that is defined by the diversity of soils and the arrangement of small and old vineyards on the slopes that ascend to the Sierra. Low-yield vineyards, on which we carry out a careful selection of the grapes. Only in this way is it possible to obtain wines that are the reflection of a terroir that is expressed through the climate, the soil and the work of man.
