Its harvest is nocturnal in the month of September, and curious fact, is that it allows to make a visit to the winery during the night harvest, and see the whole process of that harvest.
The winery has 223 has of own vineyards, being the Verdejo variety the one that predominates. Other varieties such as Tempranillo, Viura and Sauvignon Blanc are also cultivated.
