On-site Storage Monteabellón have used the latest oenological to ensure careful preparation during the entire duration of the process, keeping a stable temperature and humidity levels, as in the old cellars, while controlling the aromas and flavors detail techniques .
The wine is aged in oak barrels of which 70% are French oak and 30% American oak. The whole process is done in-house, from the grape harvest to bottling and labeling.
