This wine is made from grapes from organic vineyards located approximately 700 meters above sea level in the areas surrounding our winery, located in northeast Jumilla.

Since the construction of the new winery, many things have changed. The new way of making wine requires technology: Rigorous winemaking temperature control, stainless steel tanks, and excellent hygienic conditions throughout the process ensure consistent quality levels every year.

Juan Gil Etiqueta Amarilla Designation of Origin

This Designation of Origin was created in 1961 and grows grapes of the Monastrell, Cencibel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Garnacha Tinta varieties for its red wines. For white wines, they use Macabeo and Pedro Ximénez grapes.
However, of all the grapes produced in this DO, Monastrell (80% of the area) is the most representative and widely cultivated. This grape is characterized by being fleshy and soft, with low tannins.
The rosé wines from this region, made with the aforementioned Monastrell grape, enjoy international acclaim.
Located in the Murcia and Castilla-La Mancha regions, it has 44 wineries and a vineyard area of ??just over 27,000 hectares.
