Elaboration of Ramon Bilbao Sauvignon Blanc
Very slow winemaking in concrete, lightly toasted wood foudres and stainless steel. At controlled temperatures of 16ºC, which are then adjusted to 14ºC for the development of thiolic aromas. Small micro-oxygenation and contact with lees until bottling, in order to increase volume and creaminess.

The Ramon Bilbao winery
The winery is located in the town of Haro, the cradle and center of Rioja wines.
It was founded in 1924 by the Bilbao Murga family. It can be considered one of the pioneering wineries in the production of barrel-aged wines. It is one of the most traditional wineries in the Rioja Alta area.
Since 1999 the winery belongs to the Diego Zamora SA group
It currently has a production of 3,000,000 bottles.

The Rueda designation of origin is located in the provinces of Valladolid, Segovia and Ávila.
The grapes, Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, Viura and Palomino Fino are produced there.
It has 11,700 hectares of vineyards and 55 wine-producing wineries.
