Ramon Bilbao Verdejo is 100% made with the Verdejo variety. The elaboration of the wine bottle. Ramon Bilbao Verdejo started with a late harvest in order to benefit from low temperatures due to its ability to prevent oxidation in the grapes and to favor the cleaning of the must. Once in the cellar, the grapes are cooled and taken to the pneumatic presses. The must obtained is transferred into stainless steel tanks where, after racking, a slow fermentation takes place.
